Current Members

Please contact your Campus Lead if you have not already received your Re-Enrollment Application. If none of your pertinent information on file has changed, you’re one quick and easy form away from securing your spot for the 2018-19 school year!

Annual Re-Enrollment Fees

Individual: $55

Family: $80

New Registrations

  1. Click the following link to access our online registration site where you will:
  • Fill out your information and your child(ren)’s information
  • Select the program(s) that you want your child(ren) to attend in the Fall
  1. Download and fill out your Waivers & Pre-Authorized Payment Form.

3. Return your completed Waivers & Pre-Authorized Payment form to your Campus. Alternatively you may bring in or mail in your form to Summit Kids Corporate Headquarters.
ATTN: If your child will be attending our All Boys Campus, BMR Campus or Holy Spirit Campus, please email your forms to the respective campus.

Registration Fees

Registration Fees are processed once we have determined a spot is available for your child.

Individual: $75

Family: $100

Once you have booked online, we will review the booking and send you a booking confirmation e-mail once we have determined a spot is available.
*Please note that your child’s spot is NOT secured until you have received a confirmation e-mail from us*
