Campus Lead/Site Manager – Full time            Â
Requirements and Skills
- First and foremost you are energetic and eager to take on the day.
- Awesome written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Good computer proficiency with a variety of software applications.
- You are a leader! – Extraordinary management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Clear Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Search.
- CPR and Standard First Aid Level B or C Certification.
- Alberta Child Care Certification Level 2 or 3.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
- Must be able to open and/or close campus.
- Knowledge of Licensing Regulations.
- Completion of weekly site audits.
- Embrace constant and relentless improvement of team and self.
- Ensure all programming reflects the award-winning caliber of The Summit Way.
- Managing and working with a variety of people, projects, and situations.
- HR functions such as performance management, scheduling, onboarding new employees, etc.
- Build positive relationships with parents, children, co-workers, school administration, etc.
- Class 4 Drivers License is a huge bonus**
Salary and Schedule
- Competitive Salary based on size and complexity of the location.
- Full-Time 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.

Program Lead – Full time/ Part time/ Flexible Schedule  Â
Requirements and Skills

- Provide full care for all children from parent drop-off to pick-up.
- Plan and lead appropriate emergent programming based on Summit’s foundational components.
- Dedication to supporting the growth and healthy development of children that encourages an appreciation of learning and discovery.
- Observe and document children’s development.
- Build positive relationships with parents, children, co-workers, school administration, etc.
- Change the world – One kid at a time!
Salary and ScheduleÂ
- $17.00 – $19.00 per hour.
- Full-Time 30 – 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.
